Hi I am sure this is an easy fix, but we need a little more info than that, as to whether you updated it or just tried and nothing was downloaded. first thing first. did you register your tool with your id and password? ,  which language is your tool set to ?,  which language did you buy it with?did the download completed or never started and you got the spinning wheel?, are there any vehicle logos on your screen? the more you can tell us the better and the faster we can help you resolve it. good luck
